great location but needs better maintenance

The staff were helpful, especially Ethan, who arranged our transportation with kindness despite our chaotic timelines! The room was spacious with comfy beds, perfect for our family of five. I was thrilled to find a washing machine in the suite. Plus, the city view was fine!

Some facilities seem to be in need of a bit of TLC.

Suite is tastefully decorated, has a big bathroom. The venue has particularly good and excellent setting in Gwangjin-Gu district not far from the mall, large supermarket, food court, & a Starbucks, many important places as Gagnam and Lotte World Tower Complex, and Kondae shopping area and Common ground...

We loved the spacious room with a comfortable living area and enjoyed the amazing lighting throughout. The hotel had a great sauna and a refreshing swimming pool to unwind after a long day. Just a minor hiccup was that the view from the living room wasn't the best, but it didn't spoil our overall experience 😊

It was just a prime choice for a flying visit in Seoul with value for money. The friendly staff made our stay more enjoyable. Be sure to check if you can get a room on a higher floor for a better view.

There is not any remark to make. The Hotel offers all the needs you may wish, is extremely luxury, accomodation in all aspects is of toplevel, extremely clean, the whole staff (reception - restaurants - cleaning etc) are giving sense of great responsability, are always ready to help with the smile. Very good location, nearby metro entrance. Top Hotel for business as well private stays.

The hotel is very clean and the service was good. The apartment itself was very big and the location is quite convenient as it is next to a subway line 2 which will just get you pretty much anywhere you want

Amazing place with free Wi-Fi, a great fitness center, and cute staff. They even helped me find nearby attractions on my first visit. Highly recommend it! I'm definitely coming back for a holiday.

This is not the first time I went to Seoul! I love this serviced apartment :) The concierge had been really really helpful in all areas from restaurants recommendations to directions to and from different shopping areas to replacing a faulty blow dryer :) The housekeeping staff did a superb job too! The apartment was spotless in a few hours time! :) The hotel is just 200 meters away from Lotte Department Store and there is a very big supermarket underground where you can get your basic needs. It's only 15-20 minutes away from the city center and other shopping areas! Taxi rides are cheap too!!!! If you come from Incheon airport, all you need to do is to take coach 6013 and get off when you see The Classic Wedding building which is located directly opposite to the hotel! Since it's not actually a tourist area, the bus driver doesn't really know how to tell you to get off! Just make sure you don't fall asleep! And do some research before you head there!

The water heater in the apartment is doing its job but not strong enough. It might take forever for me to wash my thick long hair in the hotel! But the good thing is the hotel is close to everything! I just went to a nearby salon which opens till 11 pm to have a hairdo before heading back to the hotel!! :)

Nice hotel, often staying there because of its excellent location - near a large supermarket, good cafes, park.

They took a deposit of $100 on arrival and didn't return it. I'm planning on going there again soon, hopefully they will return me $100.
