The staff were incredibly helpful, especially Ethan, who arranged our transportation with kindness despite our chaotic timelines! The room was spacious with comfy beds, perfect for our family of five. I was thrilled to find a washing machine in the suite, making our stay much more convenient. Plus, the city view was absolutely stunning!

However, some facilities seem to be in need of a bit of TLC.

Just a minor hiccup was that the view from the living room wasn’t the best, but it didn't spoil our overall experience. 😊

This place suits me perfectly with free Wi-Fi, a great fitness center, and welcoming staff. They even helped me find nearby attractions on my first visit. Highly recommend it! I’m definitely coming back for a holiday.

the classic 500 pentaz executive residence is ideal for longer stays. it’s right by ttukseom park and just a minute from the subway. there are shops and restaurants nearby. Great coffee shops and a bank in the building. the staff were super helpful, even paying our taxi fare and adding it to our bill.

The suite we had was huge and had a great view of the city! Plus, the staff? Just wonderful! They went out of their way to help us when we arrived early and even arranged for our luggage to be in the room when we checked in.

The superior suite is amazing with a large kitchen and a huge flat-screen TV. It has a comfortable sofa and a stylish living area. The bathroom has a high-tech toilet. Great city view too! The location is super convenient, right by a shopping mall and restaurants. The staff are really friendly and helpful, and there's a minimarket in the building for essentials.
